Brilliant

Pros: We have been to this Hotel many times over the years and it never disappoints that’s why we always want to go back to it. We choose a bigger room with sofa and easy chair as my mobility is not the best. It’s spotlessly clean and has very cosy furnishings which is like our living room. Home from home. Just love where it is situated as it is easy walking distance for all the lovely shops. As for the staff - they are so cheery and helpful and nothing is any trouble.

Great city centre hotel, convenient for lots of activities, friendly and clean. Highly recommend

Pros: Very central. Well appointed. Very friendly staff, especially Michael at reception. Clean and comfortable, breakfast good.

Cons: Wet room type bathroom is not to our taste but very functional and very clean.

Great hotel central for everything

Pros: Great location lovely rooms very modern and has a bath aswell as a shower. Property is central for a great night out and staff are very helpful and friendly I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Smooth and comfortable

Pros: Stayed there may times, always great staff friendly and willing to help out. Food is good, rooms are spotless and location is ideal. Looking forward to our next stay.

Cons: Maybe if I’m being really picky the menu could have a few more choices for main meals .. other than that really can’t think of anything
