nice room and breakfast, disappointed in housekeeping staff.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. the decoration was modern and very efficient.

Cons: was disappointed with the housekeeping staff, i left my phone charger in the room when i left the hotel and it wasnt handed in, and when i contacted the hotel i was told someone would phone me in 5days. i got an email to say nothing was found. really disappointing.

Glasgow’s best hotel

Pros: Great location, lovely eating and drinking area inside the hotel. Rooms were lovely - bed was so comfortable and I loved the technology too!

Cons: Would have liked a coffee machine in the room

Pros: Hotel room was outstanding, clean and fresh and my partner loved the room and the iPad to control the room. Breakfast was amazing it was fresh and delicious. We will be back again.

Cons: We got a margarita pizza as a night time snack now the price was £14 as myself being a chef for work didn’t grumble the price as it is Glasgow but the quality was not what £14 is worth. Was greasy on bottom, far too much pepper on top which it does not need and took 30 minutes to get it and the person making food had no clue what I had ordered after telling him 2 times.

Quirky hotel with everything we needed and more.

Pros: The room was a good enough size for an overnight stay and had everything we needed. We liked the iPad control and mood lighting - a nice touch.

Cons: The price for a room could be less but I feel that way about all Hotels, not just yours.

Great stay, would go back

Pros: A really good location, a short walk from the trai. station. It’s a modern hotel, check-in was easy and the rooms were great and had a huge bed. The staff were really engaging and helpful.

Pros: The staff were all very friendly didnt get in your way too much unless you needed help and they couldn't help you enough. very comfortable bed and a good powerful shower.
