Great, would stay again.

Pros: Location is great, very easy to find. Hotel is on a corner opposite the river so you feels slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. It’s very central very close to shops at st Enoch centre and car park.

Apart from lounge all was 1st class

Pros: Location was excellent, executive room was perfect .

Cons: Executive lounge. Went in to have a quiet phone call and coffee at 9.45 on Sunday evening and was told to leave as the area was closed . Not sure if this person was a manager , he wasn't friendly or informative on opening hours or what was in offer .

Excellent hotel in the heart of Glasgow with lovey rooms and great staff.

Pros: Excellent staff , lovely atmosphere, upgraded room on arrival due to availability (great as if now book this upgrade in future) friendly attentive staff at breakfast.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain about. You have an excellent hotel in a great location with polite, friendly and welcoming staff.

Pros: Friendly and efficient reception staff. The room was lovely with everything you needed there was plenty of teas coffees, plus fridge, safe, toiletries iron Clean and comfortable

Love it!

Pros: The hotel is in a great loaction and is near to the train station which was great for us. Fabulous staff and our room was ace. We got a good deal on an Executive room and loved how spacious it was. Our 2nd time staying and we'll definitely be back. The bar area is really nice too.

Cons: A vent made a strange loud noise two consecutive mornings around 7am. It woke us up both times. It didn't last long but was annoying! Apart from that, the stay was perfect.

Loved the location and staff.

Pros: Location was perfect for the train station and the o2 academy, bar and restaurant was modern. Room nicely furnished with comfortable bed and quiet.
