Oban Youth Hostel

Very good experience

Pros: Location, access to the kitchen, possibility to travel with dog

Cons: Only one thing, the carpet it is not good idea especially when the dogs are a bit older, the room was a bit smelly, but spotless. Better idea is a laminate floor, much easier to clean.

Pros: Very spacious room which was dog friendly. Great sized en-suite shower room. Excellent kitchen and dining room.

Pros: Easy to check in, staff were smiling, iseal location and view, all just so good.

Pros: Location is great. Double room spacious and clean. Car park is also available. Kitchen/dining room are well equipped. Value for money is good. At least in January :)

Cons: We had to ask for the towels although they were meant to be provided. Ar first we learned they charged extra £3 per towel but after showing the booking.com add they agreed to give them to us free of charge

Pros: Showers were the best I’ve seen in a hostel, clean and just overall good hostel, bit of a walk from main square but really not far

Cons: Nothing??

Island's for visit especially for the Isle of mull

Pros: I have membership now as have my three family members So I, and or any family members, will, one day, I hope, have a return visit My recommendation to a Slovenian and his wife took up my recommendation for your hostel In 2010 Yes they said they really appreciated the island hop too AMB

Cons: I can't say I do not like the Scottish rain, but I do. I can say the tenderness of thoughtful people is appreciated by most, if not some, do an experience snot to be missed! Sorry I contracted a cold, so there I was, being left alone, which I really did like when ill but the snot left a lot to not want to complain about! Mine

Pros: I am still here so that should say 'it all' after a wee time to suggest....not a thing. You are all great

Pros: Bed was super comfy. Nice and warm. Great kitchen facilities. Shower was pretty good aswell.

Pros: Perfect for my partner, our dog and I. Staff were super informative and friendly. Location perfect for exploring the area by day and a short walk to bars and restaurants in the evening. Created an opportunity for a night away on a budget🙂

Cons: Nothing that would have changed.

Watching the sun set over the sea from our room then walking to a brilliant seafood restaurant. Excellent.

Pros: Great location with the sun setting into the sea right in front of us and the town a few minutes walk away along the front. Friendly staff. Comfortable and roomy private room. Good on-site parking.
