Great for nature, close to hills.

Pros: Great location for walking in Ben Lawyers and Tramachans areas. Close to loch and to village of Killin. Quiet site, plenty of space. Good hot water in toilet/utilities block. Pods have outside seating/table as well as inside; heater, fridge, microwave and kettle. Water on site at tap.

Cons: Platform beds - double at back and two singles down sides - good, comfy; however space underneath these isn't accessible for storing bags etc so if four people using for more than a weekend, could get a bit cluttered. Take your own bags for rubbish.

Came away feeling relaxed and just really enjoyed the stay.

Pros: It was really nice, the pod was so warm (the heater was a godsend) and the mattresses comfortable, good kitchen essentials. Myself and my 10 year old loved it

Pros: Location. Cute little pod with kettle, fridge, microwave, heater, TV, and comfortable sofa bed. Quiet but near enough to walk to restaurant and bar.

Cons: The light was very dim, couldn't read at night

Basic but beautiful budget trip, great value for money.

Pros: Beautiful setting & was nice a quiet. A wee breather from the hustle and bustle of day to day life.

Cons: The toilet/shower facilities could do with an upgrade, I donโ€™t think theyโ€™d changed at all since we last stayed 15 years ago!

Pros: Beautiful location and the pod we stayed in was spacious, clean and so cozy

Pros: Location! Quite convenient to travel by car from Edinburgh, Fort William, Glencoe, Stirling as they are all within 2 hour drive radius. The food in the boathouse was quite good! Picking up keys from the late pickup collection point was super easy with proper signs. Callum was super helpful and was always available for help.

Cons: Lighting in the bathroom could have been slightly better. The tap water was not suitable for drinking and so we had to bring our own drinking water, which runs into few litres if you are staying there for 3 nights!

Perfect for a mini break in the Highlands

Pros: Perfect setup and location for a mini break in the Highlands.

Cons: Had to wait a while for the showers each morning so would be good to have more.
