Pros: Amazing location and fantastic view over loch Ard. We didn't use any of the onsite activities but they were all available if required. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Would stay here again!

Cons: The dish washer didn't work properly and just covered everything in food bits. I found the bed uncomfortable but my wife had a good sleep every night so take that as you will.

Stunning scenery, great staff, a fabulous stay!

Pros: Stunning scenery, lovely staff, pool was clean and spa was lovely too. Restaurant was good and food very tasty, view from the room was amazing. Self catering property was spacious and well equipped:

Cons: Self-catering property needed a refresh, it felt a little dark and dated.

Absolutely lovely

Pros: It was set in beautiful scenery, and the hotel and apartments were lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly The leisure club was fab. Clean and well equipped. The pool and spa areas were luxurious

Cons: The bar prices and food were a little pricy, but isn't everyone.

Pros: Apartment spacious and overlooking the Loch. Evening food was lovely in restaurant. Gym, pool were lovely. Great local walks nearby. Outlook is tremendous.

Cons: Apartment block maybe consider lift to upper floor.

perfect first family stay

Pros: fantastic amount of space 3 bathrooms one of which had a sauna in, the beds were huge and so comfortable, over all fantastic will definitely recommend.

Cons: nothing everything was fantastic.
