The Mar Huts - The Conic Hut

Warm cosy and peaceful especially with the river right next to the hut

Pros: The hut was lovely, very clean peaceful and had everything needed and the hamper on arrival was a lovely added touch, our stay was brilliant.

Cons: Nothing, hot tub could potentially do with somewhere to hang robes or towels though.

We had a very memorable stay in this beautiful location. We would thoroughly recommend The Mar Huts.

Pros: The food in the hamper was wonderful and we were delighted with it. The location was great - so close to the city but at the same time in the countryside. It was idyllic. The hut itself was beautiful: tastefully furnished, cosy and comfortable. We can't wait to come back!

Cons: Nothing - everything was perfect for us.

Pros: Great Location with a really relaxing vibe about it. The Hot Tub was sensational.

Cons: No real place to dry towels and robes or have extra towels available.

Pros: The hut itself was lovely very cute, great use of space. I really loved the hamper that was there on arrival. The fridge was stocked with fresh milk so we didn’t need to go to the shop when we wanted a cup of tea, they also provided fresh eggs, cereal, chocolate, tea, juice, Starbucks coffee pods, Prosecco and snacks a lot of thought went into this, these little details really made it!

Pros: Room was lovely! Bed was comfortable. Hottub was bliss an location was great.

Cons: Tea cakes provided were 3 months out of date

Pros: Super beautiful spot! Great parking, hot tub, and bed. Good kitchen facilities.

Cons: Very extremely humid inside, with no screens on the windows to keep bugs out. So we had to sleep with the windows closed. Upon waking the whole place was filled with condensation - very humid, some mildew in the bathroom. We really loved it but screens would have improved the whole experience for fresh air while sleeping.

Pros: Could not fault this place, cabin was spotless and very well kept, the wee hamper for arrival was a lovely touch too! Just made it so welcoming☺️ will definitely be back.

Perfect wee hut and hot tub stay

Pros: We had such a lovely time at the Mar Huts and would definitely return. The hut was perfect and we could have easily stayed longer!

Our overnight here was brilliant, I’d highly recommend.

Most amazing and peaceful stay

Pros: The mar huts were absolutely amazing. The most romantic setting with exceptional facilities. I think I had the best sleep of my life listening to the water passing by. We have completely found our happy place🥰 please don’t hesitate to book this little hidden gem. We most definitely will be back.
