Great stay

Pros: All the staff were great. I had spoke to one member (Charlotte) on the phone and she was lovely and met with another (Debbie) who was also fantastic. They were so helpful and friendly.

Pros: Very comfortable, very quiet and relaxing location.

Cons: The beds could be bigger, quite small double beds. Foot paths could be better as loads of dirt to and from lodge.

I loved the experience and I’ll be back again

Pros: Was Cosey, 10pm curfew for the jacuzzi was a bit poor though I think but over all was very nice

Good lodge & location but reception process should be better.

Pros: Location & facilities were good and very good for a quiet break

Cons: When we arrived at the notified time, there was no one at reception. There was no information or advice what to do and we had to try to find out how to get in contact with the renter. When we did manage to get a hold of the guy, he advised that he was ill and unable to attend. He did advise how to get into the lodge but it did take some time to make contact.

Excellent property and location

Pros: Amazing location, lodges were spotless, spacious and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful (they even got us a Christmas tree for our lodge).

Cons: Minor thing of the cigarette bin having not been emptied for our arrival. Can't fault anything else.

Pros: Staff member that greeted us was absolutely fantastic helped us navigate our way around and discussed the best walks around loch Lomond and showed us the lodge

Cons: Only thing would be there was no remote for the tv in the bedroom and the fridge on arrival had a busted shelf which caused issues opening and closing and the heating was very random

Overall good stay

Pros: Like the peace and quiet the property offers, added bonus having the hot tub. Very cosy inside which we loved.

Cons: Small things like the hairdryer wasn't working and the soap wasn't filled up in the toilet - feel like this should be checked before anyone stays.

Pros: Great Location! The Lodges are well equipped with everything you need for Self Catering. We stayed in Kestrel witch was a upper Lodge with Balcony and a Great Views of the Loch .👌👍

Pros: It was small, but cosy and warm. Even though the other lodges were joined onto each other you still had privacy

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Lovely accommodation, decor and attention to detail outstanding. We stayed in lodge no 9. Perfect for family or 4 adults. Hot tub was spotlessly clean, unlike some we have been to. We will definitely be back! This has been the best time, the boss man was so helpful as was Debbie, the housekeeper.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.
