The Coach House at Stewart Hall

A magical place with incredible landscapes

Pros: Our stay was truly exceptional. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, peaceful, and even more beautiful than we expected. The Coach House is spotless, cosy, and very well equipped — it felt like home from the moment we arrived. David and Karen are wonderful hosts: warm, friendly, and always happy to help. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience and will definitely return.

Brilliant!

Pros: Karen and David Irving could not have been more welcoming and friendly. As I was discovering my family history on Bute, they were happy to help and share their knowledge of the Island and its history. On arrival there was an array of breakfast items left for us, and Karen also asked if we would like Smoked Salmon, or Sausages and bacon left for us. Bread, Eggs, Milk, a selection of cereals and coffee pods were already there. We arranged for Karen to cook us dinner one night, and were absolutely delighted by it. We are really happy to recommend this property.

Quiet peaceful property

Pros: Lovely property, quiet, peaceful, just what we were looking for. Property was warm enough. Loved the space inside. Dog loved the space outside. Shower and pressure was very good.

Spacious, bright and calm house with amazing views

Pros: The house is very spacious and lovingly decorated. The downstairs living room and sleeping room with en-suite bathroom are bright, comfortable and relaxing and the upstairs rooms were the perfect getaway for the kids. If you step out on the private terrace you might see some cows (certainly hear them), sheep, deers and rabbits. On the other side, in front of the main house, we had a magnificent and breathtaking view of the Isle of Arran.
