An ideal place in Bute 10/10

Pros: The property is a fantastic 3 bedroom house on the seafront with all you need for a wonderful holiday. The host is incredibly helpful and the house is extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated and has that “home away from home” feeling. Absolutely ideal for dog owners as everything is provided. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you need for cooking.

Cons: Nothing!

Beautiful property in a great location and amazing sea views!

Pros: Beautifully decorated house full of home comforts with fantastic sea views! Great location - walking distance to shops and restaurants. A great place to stay and explore this beautiful island.

Cons: I think a larger table and chairs in the kitchen would work better so that meals can be eaten in there. Probably not a problem for most but I was travelling with my elderly parents and it was difficult for them to carry their drinks/meals etc down the stairs to the dining table.

Lovely property in an excellent location

Pros: The property was well furnished and very clean. The owner was very helpful and communicative on WhatsApp

Cons: The garden was not safe to let my dogs loose as they could jump up over the small wall at the back. My puppy is a nightmare escape artist so I had to be super careful when I took him out to the toilet. He had to be on the lead all the time.

We will be back! Amazing place in the heart of Rothesay.

Pros: Gorgeous property - completely renovated to the highest standard. There’s been some proper love and care gone into this house. Good quality bed sheets and linen and lovely toiletries - luxury! The host was probably one of the best I’ve had - she communicates via WhatsApp and is super helpful and friendly, even going out her way to give recommendations on the island. The ferry was cancelled and Barbara allowed us to stay an extra night which was so kind of her.

Cons: Nothing - it was perfect.

Pros: Excellent location within easy walking distance of all Rothesay has to offer. The accommodation was spotless and well decorated throughout with stunning views over Rothesay bay. Great communication with Barbara throughout the booking process and beyond.

Fabulous stay in Rothesay!

Pros: Brilliant house, super comfy and had everything you could need. Very child friendly too! Loved the views over the water. Would highly recommend.

Pros: The property was beautiful, very well furnished and in easy walking distance of transport options as well as all the main attractions in the town. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and little touches had been thought of. This even included birthday balloons for a member of our group's birthday.

Great accommodation in a beautiful setting on the Isle of Bute

Pros: This self catering property is of the highest specification and decoration. Its location overlooking the bay is ideal for accessing Rothesey and nearby points of interest. A bus stop is also closeby. The owner was very helpful in offering recommendations of places to visit and places to eat. Wouldn't hesitate in staying again.

Cons: There is very little that could have improved the facility.
