Great location to stay, well appointed, comfortable modern house

Pros: Close to transport links and grocery stores, plenty of places to eat nearby. Well equipped property with new kitchen and bathroom very comfortable beds.

Cons: The armchair in the lounge area was a little too upright to be a lounge chair, more occasional bedroom chair. The property is situated down a dark back street, a little un nerving at night but nothing bad happened. Double glazing in the bedrooms would be an advantage.

Pros: We really enjoyed the stay! Everything was well maintained and clean.

Pros: Beautiful renovated suite! Location and comfort was great, very tasteful and everything we needed. We walked everywhere from this location, even an easy walk from the train station. Would recommend 👌

Pros: This is a beautiful house in the heart of edinburgh has everything you need and more lovely little touches left by owners and very clean I felt like I was right at home beds are comfty and plenty of storage for clothes accessories ect, very cosy at night time and despite being close to everything you don't hear any noise at all thank you very much would highly recommend! Great location for short stay, very central location a mixed blessing

Pros: Very central location, attractive property, good shower and facilities, tastefully decorated, good house manual, easy check in and check out. Professionally run property.

Cons: The property is down a city laneway that may not suit everyone at night time. While we could open velux windows in one of the bedrooms, we could not open window there with blind down, which (along with heavy duvet + no sheet) led to uncomfortable sleep on night 1 (warm/humid weather). On night 2 we were sadly disturbed by morning alarm going off in neighbouring property (not the fault of the property, but a factor of being in a super central location). Bedrooms are relatively small with 4'6'' doubles, not super ideal for taller/larger couples.

Pros: Beautiful central house with excellent facilities and decor. Garden was overgrown otherwise wonderful spot! Thank you

Unforgettable Trip in Edinburgh

Pros: The house is like a home away from home. It has everything you need. The location is walking distance to shops, transportation and tourist spots.

Cons: Late check-in and too early check-out.

Overall a fantastic house in a great location with lots of space for 4-5 adults.

Pros: I stayed here with my family with 3 adult children. The house was the perfect size, nicely designed with all the amenities we could need and the location was perfect right in the centre of town and beside the tram. The house was immaculately clean also. The garden is a lovely facility to have right in the middle of the city. Great shower and bathroom facilities but there is only one shower. There is a smaller study room was nice for space but would be great to have the option for a pull out bed in that room.

Cons: The property is located on a muse lane which is well lit, mostly safe and well maintained. The front door however requires you to lock it with a key (no automatic lock) at all times to ensure it is secure. With only one key provided it was a little tricky to have the house locked if someone was asleep upstairs and others were out without locking that person into the house. The double beds were very comfortable but they are only double size so two larger adults sharing was a bit tight.. Check out is 10am which is quite early and a charge of £20 for late check out until 12pm when there was no one due to check in that day didn’t feel like great value.
