Superb 3Beds House in Chic area of the City Centre - Pass the Keys

Perfect place to stay in the most amazing city.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spacious, beautifully presented, and very comfortable for our group. The rooms were large and well set out, and everything was spotless on arrival. The host’s instructions were clear and made check-in and our stay really straightforward. The location was fantastic, right in the city centre and close to everything we wanted to see and do in Edinburgh. It really made exploring the city so easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Pros: Convenience for city. Spacious living accommodation

Cons: Kitchen area was a little cramped but well equipped.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, very well decorated and furnished. Everything you need for a relaxed family break. Very helpful information displayed regarding how to work appliances. Excellent location on a lovely street, quiet yet only a short walk to centre and very close to shops / good pub.

Cons: Only issue was mattress on double bed in the smaller bedroom is rather hard.

Overall wonderful, clean apartment in a great location.

Pros: Wonderful place but we encountered three issues one was of our making but I didn’t like the way it was handled. On our arrival we managed to get locked out of the apartment (being new to the system), it took two hours of us standing in the cold and rainy night until the owner resolved it. We were asked to call a locksmith to break and replace the keys (cost us 50 pounds for him to show up after we called to cancel. The other mishap was when an electrical fault occurred and the gentleman who fixed it with our permission to enter while we were away managed to lock one of the locks of which we didn’t have a key for. Again we stood outside until he returned thirty minutes later to open it. Finally the upper floor noises late at night and early in morning as people walked back and forth was disturbing.

Cons: Обслуговування. Мало столових приборів! Нас була компанія із шести осіб і ми їли по черзі. Пухові ковдри теплі але алергічні, пружинні матраси. Мало туалетного паперу. Дуже холодна підлога.

Loved being in the city center and the apartment was very quiet and comfortable

Pros: Liked the interior design and layout as well as the excellent location.

Cons: Had some issues working with the Pass the Keys company as they had incorrect checkout times listed and customer service was not great.
