A good and big house in Edinburgh

Pros: The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable

Cons: The bathrooms need some attention, some drain was blocked, and when we used the shower, the bathroom gets wet

Pros: Everything. The building was amazing and had nearly everything you could need.

Cons: No toaster 😭

We all had a brilliant stay

Pros: Location was within walking distance to the city centre

Cons: Wish check out time was a bit later

If you’re a big group - book this venue

Pros: If you’re a stag or hen party it was ideal. Original plan was to book premier inn rooms im glad we didn’t!

Cons: It was a bit far out from the centre. Took about 45 minutes to walk from Princes street

Hen party

Pros: We had a fabulous stay here. House is a great size, 4 bathrooms across the 3 floors, plenty of sofas/chairs/glasses/plates etc. Good sized freezer and fridge too. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and beds were really comfy. Upstairs bathrooms were in good condition and looked recently updated. Overall, it worked perfectly for our hen party and I would stay here again with a large group. It is around a 10 min walk to get to busy areas and buses stop right outside the house so really easy to get back to Waverley station.

Cons: The house is a lit bit tired and in need of some maintenance in places. Oven could have done with a good clean. Plug sockets are sparse! Kitchen is well-stocked on glassware/cutlery but limited on pans, no baking trays, no scissors/sharp knives. If you don't plan on cooking a big meal there you'll be fine though!

Pros: Property was in an accessible area, spacious, clean and tidy, when we arrived. Beds are comfortable and neat. Owner was very accomodating.

Cons: Stayed only less than 24hrs in the place. Nothing major to complain. Table itself was perfect but would do better if table cover gets changed but it's not a big deal. It served it's purpose anyway.

Great for a big group such as a hen/ stag or family get together. Good transport links.

Pros: Very easy to get in and the number of beds and bedrooms was great for a big group of people.

Cons: All the locks and codes on the individual doors was a bit of a hassle. Not much parking.

Great location, great hosts, and very comfortable place.

Pros: Totally met the needs of my diverse group of 9 travelers. The hosts were very receptive, very good at quick replies, and allowed us to check in early! Would definitely stay there again Would highly recommend Loudons restaurant for ANY meal, and Costas coffee shop for a quick coffee and bite, both less than a five minute walk.

Pros: Habitaciones amplias, lugar limpio y cómodo. Facilidad de ingreso con el self check in.

Cons: Muy temprano el check out.
