Well maintained, well positioned lodges in a spectacular location

Pros: Spectacular location, very well positioned and maintained accommodation. Nice quiet family atmosphere with no dogs.

Cons: A note of the coins required for the laundry would have been helpful to have before arrival

Lovely lodge

Pros: Location. Peace & tranquility. The wildlife. The hosts were great. The lodge was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed.

Cons: The mattress. Poor quality & not comfortable. Fiona responded within 5 minutes of our email & brought us a duvet-style mattress topper but it was only a slight improvement. I understand people have different preferences with regards to mattresses, but this was a poor quality mattress, not personal preference.

Fabulous!!

Pros: Scenery spectacular, lodge on the whole extremely comfortable (see below), spotlessly clean, quiet and relaxing. What more could you ask for?!!

Cons: The mattress in the double needs looking at - could feel the springs and quite hard. (Although I know firmness is a personal preference). Although my husband slept OK, after 1 sleepless night I went out and bought a topper - then slept well. I mention this as a flaw that was easily rectified and it wouldn't put me off staying again - I'll just bring my trusty topper with me 😀

Beautiful view's stunning scenery and location

Pros: Very pleased with everything couldn't find fault with anything, we had to leave without writing in the guest book as a fone call from home told us we had a leak and water was going into our downstairs neighbours.

Cons: Maybe a cupboard for dry goods and grocery.
