Pros: The hotel owner was very friendly, polite and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. It is about 15-20 minutes to walk to the centrum and famous places.

Lovely staff, really comfortable bed, great location.

Pros: Unsure why there are so many bad reviews - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We met 2 members of staff who were both extremely friendly and accommodating. The mattress, duvet and pillows were all really comfortable. The location was ideal to access central Edinburgh. We managed to find street parking close by and overall it was great value for money compared to other hotels during the fringe.

Cons: Slightly dusty but no big deal. Bedside table was broken, but again not really an issue. Could maybe do with a bit more modernising if we were being picky.

Pros: Abbastanza vicino alla città vecchia - noi ci siamo sempre spostate a piedi - personale accogliente. Ottimo il letto: pulito, caldo e comodo.

Cons: Bagno un po' scomodo perché molto piccolo, cieco e senza ventola. La struttura è vecchia.

Pros: La habitación es hermosa!!! Habitación enorme, muy cómoda, alfombra en el piso, vista a la calle, camas muy cómodas! Es un lugar totalmente recomendable! El barrio es bellísimo, está ubicado muy cerca de líneas de micro que te llevan al centro o a lugares claves en Edimburgo. El personal fue muy amable! Gracias!!

Stupendo

Pros: Posizione eccellente, sei praticamente in centro, vicinissimo a tutto! Struttura molto confortevole, tipica inglese, letto comodissimo e camera molto grande. Il proprietario è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto anche accedere tre ore prima rispetto al check in! Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò volentieri!

Qualità prezzo ottima!

Pros: La stanza era molto spaziosa e in un ottima posizione. I letti erano molto comodi.

Cons: Le finestre avevano spifferi, ma tenendo chiusi gli scuri non era un problema. In più la camera era dotata di una stufetta per il caldo oltre al riscaldamento. Una cosa che mi ha dato un po fastidio è l'assenza di guarnizioni sulle porte. Letteralmente potevi sentire tutto quello che succedeva fuori e viceversa.
