Amazing Stay!

Pros: The location was excellent just a few minutes’ walk to Princes Street. The neighbourhood was very quiet yet felt completely safe, which we really appreciated. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveller, beautifully decorated, and had a cosy, homey feel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, a lovely experience and a place I would definitely return to.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like, the stay exceeded my expectations.

Pros: Everything was great – the room was very clean and cozy, with warm water, fruits, tea, coffee, and bottled water available. It was warm inside, and the atmosphere was really charming. The location is also convenient – about a 20-minute walk to the city center at a moderate pace

Nice and quiet guest house in Endinburgh

Pros: The owners were really nice and helpful. They gave us a map and explained how to get around the city. They also contacted me because they may be traffic jams on our way to the house due to the Oasis concert taking place that day. It's a very nice and quiet place.

Cons: The only downside was the fact that there was no lift but I didn't check when I booked so that's on me. Also, it wasn't a problem for us.

Quiet yet convenient

Pros: Great location - quiet yet near the bus route. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly host who was flexible about our arrival when Storm Floris changed our plans

Cons: It seemed a bit expensive for the facilities, but maybe that's how Edinburgh is

Enjoyable stay close to the city.

Pros: Great location and spacious rooms with en-suite. Can easily walk everywhere with lots of great restaurants nearby! The hosts were very kind.

Cons: The fan in the bathroom stays on longer after you switch off the light.
