Great location and amazing unit with everything

Pros: The location is perfect, so close to everything. The unit itself is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need including a kitchen.

Cons: It would've been good to have free-to-air TV

Pros: The flat was really cozy. Location was just brilliant - everything was in walking distance, but there was silent and tranquil inside the flat.

Cons: The floor was really really cold. It would be great if house slippers were provided.

Great location and very good facilities.

Pros: Great location and although very close to the centre of the city it was surprisingly quiet. Everywhere was clean and the apartment was simply but tastefully furnished.

Cons: As other reviewers have noted there is some noise from the flat upstairs but this isn’t too disturbing.

Great base to explore the city, well equipped

Pros: Great location, everything we needed for a short stay.

Cons: WiFi was quite slow, letterbox can clang in the wind (we taped it shut when the weather turned windy). Although we loved the location you can hear bagpipes from the castle around 8am each morning, wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some people!

Pros: Very well located , walking distances to all central locations. Flat felt very clean and comfortable and met my expectations.

Cons: Only downside was the neighbours above us were very noisy and this caused quite a bit of disruption, however I understand that’s not in the hosts control. Some more bins in the rooms would be useful too

Lovely flat in a nice area.

Pros: Nice and pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very well equipped kitchen. Ideal central location in the Grassmarket area with walking distance to Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile, Princes Street, Waverley train station.
