Clean with good facilities.

Pros: The apartment was at the top of the stairs, which gave a brilliant view of the outside square. Our hosts very kindly left us milk, so a very welcome cuppa on arrival. It was spotlessly clean. There are plenty of attractions right on the doorstep. We have no hesitation in recommending it.

Cons: The stairs need to get a mention. However, there are many pros in favour of the place.

Pros: The location is absolutely stunning ! Just in the old town (Grassmarket), perfectly accessible to everything. The apartment is cute and contains every equipment that you'd need. The landlord is available and helpful. Thank you again to him ! In all, a perfect holiday. We'll be back !

Pros: Superb location right in the heart of all the tourist attractions. Very comfortable flat with a stocked kitchen. Even had milk in the fridge for a cuppa.

Cons: Climbing many flights of stairs to get to the flat.

Pros: The location was excellent! Since the building is historic, there was a slight smell inside, but it wasn’t too bothersome. If you’re planning to stay longer and have large suitcases, getting to the top floor can be a bit tiring. Other than that, it was more than enough for our trip as a couple and one adult. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which was very convenient. Overall, we were satisfied — thank you!

Cons: The only downside was that the sofa bed was uncomfortable — the springs could be felt and made it hard to sleep on.
