Very enjoyable delicious food staff are very friendly and helpful we had a wonderful time

Pros: A beautiful old hotel on the front it has been renovated and still has many original features. It was clean and warm we had a wonderful sea view and the room was comfortable

Cons: Our tv didn’t work and no room service unless requested via the door hanger.

Old dependable hotel with historic character.

Cons: Room very warm and no option to turn down radiator. Lukewarm coffee machine at breakfast.

We had a nice stay

Pros: The hotel was a good location. We didn’t have breakfast. Room was clean with nice view

Cons: There was only one bedside cabinet so nowhere on one side to put anything

Pros: Very comfortable bed and nice new en suite. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Cons: The meal I chose was braised steak, it was swimming in stroganoff sauce instead of with peppercorn sauce. Very tasty but not as good as it could have been.

Pros: A truly delightful stay. The atmosphere was sumptuous, with every wall whispering tales of history. The staff were a perfect balance of lovely and professional, always available but never intrusive. Without a doubt, I will be returning. Mr & Mrs Mclaren

Cons: Unfortunately, the room directly across from ours, Room 210, hosted a loud party with a group of women who were cackling, screaming, and singing at the top of their voices until after 3 AM. It was evident that alcohol was involved. This continued well past the customary quiet hours of midnight, with no apparent respect for other guests trying to sleep. While we regret not contacting the night concierge at the time, we felt reluctant to be \
