Friendly and welcoming hotel with fantastic staff and beautiful views

Pros: Staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendlier. Nothing was any trouble.

Cons: Couldn’t get any hot water through the shower in the morning. Cold showers were not fun.

I was overall pleased with the hotel and would return in future.

Pros: The room was perfectly comfortable and clean. Location was perfect for the fiddle weekend with some events taking place in the hotel itself.

Cons: The bar closed very early. We were hoping to sit for a while when we returned after a concert/ceilidh before 11pm but everything had been shut up.

A very pleasant stay in a convenient location with lovely staff.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally pleasant and the room was comfortable. The location was perfect for my purpose.

Cons: I would have liked some fruit at breakfast and stronger Wi-Fi.

Pros: Was given a box room for 2 of us, prob by mistake, was upgraded to massive family room right away, staff always friendly, been loads times can't fault it, booking again soon.

Great hotel Stay

Pros: Perfect location. My room was warm and cosy. The hotel restaurant offered a great menu with really good prices. The staff were attentive and very friendly nothing was too much trouble. I slept really well and the mattress was very comfortable.

Cons: I did mention it to the reception in the morning, my room would have totally benefitted from a work station and chair instead of the armchair which took up a lot of space in my single room as I needed to work on my laptop which was very awkward. There was an alcove opposite perfect for the tea making facilities to go into where all the power points were leaving space for a slim desk and an office chair an easy fix. The end the WiFi wouldn't work properly and had to use the dining area downstairs to work but even then the WiFi speed was very poor. The hotel needs a better system with floor boosters for the rooms as many other hotels have.

A comfortable stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was in a nice location which was handy with the ferry etc. It was a clean and comfortable room.

Cons: Everything was perfect apart from the bed was cold.

Pros: Very helpful staff lovely hotel food within minutes of ordering will be back soon 😀

Cons: A little outdated, but as expected for price The sausage at breakfast

It was only one night but couldn’t complain about anything

Pros: Its location, and quite up to date for being an older building

It was my first trip home with my 5 month old, lovely staff.

Pros: Location was great, staff were really accommodating
