Pleasantly surprised lovely hotel & staff

Pros: Very clean, modern decor and friendly staff. Breakfast choices excellent compliments to the chef

Cons: Only negative was stairs only up to second floor bedrooms not a problem for me but my 80+ parents struggled

Pros: Very friendly staff with good service and food. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Our room had a 'boutique' feel to it and was adequate for a one-night stay. The restaurant/bar was comfortably busy with a nice \

Cons: The room was cold on arrival as the radiator had been turned off but it warmed up eventually. There is no lift in the hotel and all the rooms are on the second floor which was a bit of a climb. Not good if you have mobility issues though.

Would definitely recommend it was nice and convenient for our stay, and had everything we needed.

Pros: We had a evenings meal in the restaurant the meals were very nice.

Cons: The buffet breakfast was nice, but he hiot food wasn't very warm.

Pros: Staff are always lovely & friendly. Good breakfast choice & great portions. Food is delicious. Sportlessly clean

Been before and will definitely be back again

Pros: Hotel fab location. Easy to get into city. External rooms better than internal. Little bit on neat side but immaculate and tons of hot water. Well stocked hospitality tray. Reception excellent and other staff above and beyond. Food very good and breakfast 5star
