Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa

Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Best hotel stay we’ve had in a long while

Pros: Excellent service delivered by incredibly friendly staff. Truly welcomed dogs and treated them as well as their owners! Lovely relaxed atmosphere and very comfortable bedroom and the general bar/restaurant surroundings. Food and wine was absolutely excellent

Cons: Quite pricey - especially drinks

We Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel , our beagle was made most welcome in the bar and lounge areas , staff are frien

Peaceful Spa Getaway

Pros: Amazing location on the banks of the Loch; a quiet, serene and peaceful stay. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout the hotel and spa.

Pros: Perfect location, staff very friendly and helpful, room very clean, excellent breakfast choice

Cons: Bed not very comfortable, very lumpy and pillows lumpy too.

A warm welcome from start to finish, staff amazingly friendly and helpful

Pros: We only stayed for one night but it was lovely from start to finish. The staff were amazing and it really felt like home. We brought our dog along and it was lovely to find a little dog treat bag in our room for her, we had dinner in the dining room and the staff were so accommodating, bring treats and a water bowl along for our dog. Cannot rate this hotel high enough in every way.

Pros: Aside from the obvious things like comfort, location, facilities etc what stood out for me the most was how helpful the staff were. Without going into too much detail, there was a bit of an error with our breakfast. While this was somewhat disappointing they went out of their way to make up for it. More than they needed to, in fact.

Cons: I think that the description of 'Deluxe' may have been an overstatement but I'm reaching to be critical.

Pros: Check in was easy with competent and polite staff on reception. Breakfast team were attentive and very helpful.

Cons: TV could do with a riser as it was a little low when viewing from the bed.
