Excellent hotel definitely be going back

Pros: Easy check-in, we arrived very late and the man who greeted us couldn't have been more helpful. We even had a free room upgrade. Room was lovely and clean, breakfast was beautiful especially the views. The owners made a special effort for valentines day which was a lovely touch. The Staff couldn't do enough for you, I would definitely recommend to friends, we will be going back next year.

Cons: Floorboard in room was a bit creaky but this is to be expected for the age of the building. It didn't affect our stay in any way.

Cosy and warm and charming

Pros: This is a very cosy little hotel on Ballachulish with the nicest staff and a very delightful pub with a roaring fire.

Cons: Nothing to actively dislike just that room and bed were small but nothing bigger was promised so it isnโ€™t a complaint.

Cozy family style hotel, friendly staff, snowy mountain views, and great gin

Pros: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to us. The hotel itself has the cozy atmosphere of a family home, with excellent food and drinks! We had the budget accommodation option in the Annex room. The room was clean and very cozy, could park the car right in front of it, helpful for when unloading the bags. We were lucky with the weather. It snowed overnight, and by morning the mountains were completely white. The view from the breakfast room could not have been better! The hotel even has its own gin distillery. Their gin can be bought at the hotel bar, we really enjoyed it. Having a great gin in such a welcoming bar, with locals singing traditional songs and guests joining in the celebrations, made the experience truly special.

Lovely view of Loch Leven

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring Glencoe, the views are amazing!

Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, but I guess this is personal preference. The bathroom door didnโ€™t fully close. The restaurant prices are extremely high. Breakfast was poor.
