Cons: Rooms are to hot , premises do provide a fan but made little difference , although you can open window in room without safety restrictions

Spent 2 nights there and went beyond my expectations.

Pros: The location was perfect for my trip. Right in the city centre by all amenities. Easy access to local transport and short walk to train station. Lovely room,comfy bed,nice bathroom/shower. Good supply of coffee,tea. Very clean room and hotel. Liked the decor. Nice bar/restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

For my short stay of two nights I found the City hotel an excellent choice for my needs at the time.

Pros: Breakfast and evening meals were delicious. Served on warm plates with hot food and plenty of it. My single room was adequate and clean with a fully functioning bathroom. Would have liked a magnifying mirror though. Location excellent.

Cons: Overall lighting/ decor could have been brighter. Magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be helpful
