Friendly hotel with everything you need and a great location for exploring the local area

Pros: The bedroom was very spacious and a good temperature bed was comfortable The bar and restaurant spaces were pleasant and the staff were exceptionally friendly helpful and polite

Cons: Parking was tricky on a busy Saturday as we saw no signs for the over flow car park Bathroom could do with a loo brush

Pros: Staff Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely large room and big ensuite. Enjoyed the swimming pool.. Good evening meal and breakfast.

Cons: The room and ensuite especially was very cold, the water in the evening was not very warm, so couldn't have a bath or shower.

Lovely but beds could be better

Pros: Been a few times over the years. The leasure centre is amazing, food, staff and hotel is amazing only this that lets it down is the beds and pillows are really hard, I ended up not being able to sleep because I couldn't get comfy and woke up with pain in my neck and back. The gap at the bottom of the door let a lot of light in from the hall as well so room wasn't as dark as it could have been. We'll be back for a day and a meal instead of an overnight.

Cons: Uncomfortable bed and light getting in the bottom of the door from the corridor.

We had a nice comfortable 2 night stay in lovely surroundings.

Pros: The pool was great, and the bar and lounge were comfortable. The shower was fantastic with plenty of hot water. The staff were all very helpful. The hotel was nice and warm.

Cons: Cheap plastic glasses in the bathroom. The room was good, but with tired furniture.

Pros: Fantastic pool and leisure facilities the rooms were easy accessible and well signed the restaurant looked beautiful although we didn’t manage to try the food . The car park was perfect for all of us including my disabled mother

Cons: Could do with updating some of the carpets were stained the doors had delves and the curtains were old fashioned but it was still a great experience for us

Pros: Lovely comfort bed was large enough Staff welcoming The sitting area was lovely The dinner was amazing 👏 thank you 2 the chefs

Cons: At dinner the guy forgotten about our drinks... Wasn't busy but I get that were all human But having an autistic son it was hard 2 wait more than 20mins for jst drinks!!
