We had a wonderful 2 night stay with Anna and Michael. They were wonderful hosts and the breakfast was fantastic. Great

Pros: Very welcoming. Beautiful house and a really homely stay.

Really comfortable stay - thanks

Pros: Not one of our usual bookings, but we were there for an event in Murrayfield so it was a logistical decision. 30 minute walk Easy to find, easy parking. Excellent room and bathroom, great kitchen and really nice patio area at the rear. We were very lucky with the weather so made the most out of it. The hosts made us feel welcome, gave us some great advice and also provide us a good guide for getting around, buses links etc. The place was immaculate throughout but not clinical. Had a lived in warmth. Would definitely stay again if we are in Edinburgh.

Cons: Hard to find fault, really good two night stop over.

A beautiful space in a great location for all things Edinburgh

Pros: I liked the quiet neighborhood and its proximity to a bus line that could get you anywhere you wanted to go. The home was beautiful and the host/hostess could not have been more kind. The sheets on the very comfortable bed were amazing and the private bathroom shower has hot water with good water pressure. I had a restful couple of nights here and awoke to a wonderful breakfast each morning. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Edinburgh or the surrounding area.

Cons: This does not qualify as a dislike for me but in the description it says that it is a shared space with host/hostess and possibly one of their adult children. This is not a private space, but that did not bother me.
