Very central 2 bedroom flat in World Heritage Site

Wonderful character-filled property in central Edinburgh!

Pros: Super friendly host and a genuinely lovely chap. Wonderful central location. Charming character-filled property that was a pleasure to stay in. Bathroom/shower all good. Hope to stay here again one day.

Cons: Nothing! If being very picky, the second bedroom is rather small.

Unique stay in Edingburgh

Pros: We were warmly welcomed by the host, who showed us everything upon arrival. The apartment is located in an unbeatable area and has an extraordinary style, set in the top floor of an old building. Overall, we really liked it. The flat definitely has style.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was a persistent smell that didn’t go away even with ventilation. The apartment is somehow cool, unusual, and unique, but also a bit strange (maybe because it’s filled with a lot of personal items, interesting figures/dolls, and other objects).

Pros: Toby was wonderful and took the time to make sure we knew what was what and made some suggestions for places we might want to visit. He was very kind and welcoming and made us feel very welcome in Edinburgh.

very charming place, kind host, good value

Pros: The host is a kind, helpful and interesting man. The place is by far the most charming place i've ever been. I felt like i was at Hogwarts!

Cons: That we didn't have the time to stay longer

Good and excellent

Pros: The kitchen complete with the tool l need to prepared dinner. It give me the feeling like home.

Cons: Bed for two adults a bit crowded.

Great charm

Pros: Just perfect. Charming flat. Plenty of character. Great location. Felt like coming into a friends home. Super comfy beds.

Cons: Nothing to criticise. Its worth noting that there were 2 flights of stairs to the flat but we were aware of this and wasn't too much of an issue to carry our bags up.

A charming apartment in central Edinburgh

Pros: This was a very charming two bedroom apartment with everything we needed. The location was perfect for getting to the Old Town (good bus connections). We very much enjoyed our stay. Bed were comfortable, we used the kitchen for a few meals, and in the evenings we could visit in the living room. The apartment is on a quiet street, close to a pub and a few grocery stores. Everything else is just a bus away.

A little gem of an apartment that could only be in the New Town in Edinburgh - fabulous.

Pros: Great location & facilities with everything within easy walking distance. Very homely and welcoming with a lovely bathroom. A peaceful spot especially considering how central it is. Lovely quirky New Town apartment with plenty of good pubs and places to eat nearby and the bonus of George Street just being a 5 minute walk away. We loved it because it’s as far away from a soulless white box of an apartment or hotel room as you can get and as such a proper New Town experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook in the future.

Bonny flat in the heart of Edinburgh

Pros: We absolutely loved the apartment: its central location, classy decor and a very great host. We appreciate his flexibility, communication and friendliness.

Cons: The only thing to mention is how cold it was in spite of the heating being on. Especially the front room and the smaller bedroom, which had no radiator. Mind me saying this as we stayed in December! Old properties are cold, so bring a hot water bottle with you.
