No1 Apartments Edinburgh - New Town

Pros: Honestly, this was the best accommodation of our trip. It was great value for money, central to everything and the French Restaurant just up the road it a 'must do' dining experience. Could not fault and we will be back to stay again.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Wonderful very clean apartment, fantastic location, lovely Chinese restaurant 2 doors down. Very quiet, comfortable beds. Booked for three female friends. 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. Wanted one room with 2 singles. Housekeeping came round within the hour to change layout to two singles. Very happy with everything!

Pros: Ideal base for exploring Exinburgh. Within walking distance to all the attractions.

Cons: The apartment is in an ideal location and has plenty of room for 4 adults. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and you are provided with tea and coffee but it could have been a bit cleaner as we found crumbs on the work surfaces. There was also a a slight smell in the second bathroom from the drains. There was also quite a big build of of dust in the vent above the bed in the first bedroom. Didn't put us of. Just a bit more attention to cleaning and the place would be perfect.

Convenient and spacious.

Pros: Great location in the New Town. Spacious modern apartment with two bathrooms.

Cons: Could have been cleaner - items from previous occupants still present! No customer service. Requested additional bedding but it never arrived!

Pros: Exceptional value for money apartment. Located close to very good bars and restaurants. Comfortable, clean, well equipped (waterfall shower and coffee machine were nice touches as well as being able to control the heating temp) and staff were helpful organising early check-in at no extra cost. Very accommodating. Well exceeded my expectations for the price point and looking forward to staying here again.

Cons: Double bed was two singles pushed together so there was a slight dip in the mattress. Parking spaces nearby very limited although this is not the fault of the host.

Comfortable, convenient with excellent facilities

Pros: Lovely apartment for four of us! Very comfortable beds and excellent showers - it was the perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. Very handy Tesco Express two minutes walk away.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like! It was perfect for our needs and very good value

Cons: Despite booking our apartment on the day (11am) it was advertised as a 3pm check in. We received a text saying the apartment wouldn’t be ready. Waited an hour then walked to the apartment, met by a lady cleaning who couldn’t be specific about when the apartment was ready. We made contact again at 5pm and received nothing back. Managed to get into the apartment at 5:45pm. Promised a late check out as an apology which worked for us. On the day of leaving a knock on the door and lady came in at 10:30am - happy to let us stay but not the best communication.

Pros: Apartment was great, loads of space, outside courtyard was ideal for a cheeky smoke, great location, Our towels were even replenished
