Great location and spacious but would’ve been great if gaps on windows were fixed as it got cold.

Pros: Great spacious property that was clean and location was fantastic!

Cons: There were gaps in the windows so it got quite cold because we also had no control of the heating. The living room couch was very uncomfy to sit on as it sunk in. The property was great but the furnishings were somewhat cheap and flimsy.

Great place would recommend and stay again.

Pros: Great location, the apartment was very spacious and clean,had everything needed for the stay.

Cons: Windows are so thin it's as if they are open, (noise wise) not very clear if booking through a third party that there is extra costs for extra beds.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly team and able to leave our luggage at their office. Very clean and a great location to explore Edinburgh.

Excellent apartments.

Pros: Excellent location and super value for money. Would definitely stay again and have recommended to family and friends. Great facilities and everything we needed was provided. Staff came to check we had what we needed and responded when we had a query.

Cons: Water pressure and temperature needed altering to be able to have a shower which we didn’t know and wasn’t explained in the guest information so we weren’t able to have a shower the first night. The windows are very thin, expected in an old building, so with building work being done outside early in the morning, it was noisy. Mattresses were very firm but realise this is down to preference.

Highly recommend this if staying in Edinburgh

Pros: Location on Queens Street is excellent. You are a two min walk to George Street, 5 Mins to Princes Street and 15 mins to the Royal Mile. Plenty of good bars and restaurants within 10 mins of the flats. Flat was spotless, kitchen had everything you need, flat looks well maintained and looked after. We got a parking space which is a 5 min walk from the apartment which considering the location is excellent. It was also very secure. Second time we have used Destiny Scotland and we will use them again.

Cons: When we got there the flat was in the roof space and therefore wasnt as impressive as the flat in the pictures. Quality of furnishings etc was excellent but it was a bit deflating as the trip to Edinburgh was my Wifes birthday treat. Ask for a ground, 1st or 2nd floor flat. Ground floor flat is about 5 feet up from the pavement so would be fine. Bedrooms look onto lane at rear so you can get woken by the lorries picking up bottles and refuse from the bars etc but you really have to expect this in a city centre. These are small niggles and shouldnt put you off booking this place, just things to be aware of.

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh — everything we needed was within easy reach, yet it still felt peaceful and comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and our entire stay completely stress-free. The bed was very comfortable, the space was well-equipped, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

Cons: Needed a second bathroom in our apartment Very basic cooking facilities but fine if Going to eat out most of the time Lounge chairs very uncomfortable with springs coming up - need to be replaced and not acceptable for the 5 star rating.

Pros: Excellent location, lovely large spacious apartment.

Cons: Nothing really, if anything, the bedroom was slightly cold but we didn't adjust the heating, which we could have done if needed

Pros: Fantastic central location perfect for attending the NYE street party. Very spacious with all the facilities we needed.
