Pros: Very cozy! And even though it's further from the centre, the bus stops are 5mins away. I needed something close to the hospital, this place was ideal

Pros: Fran is a very nice and friendly host. The bed is very comfortable. We slept really well. The house is incredibly quiet. You can use the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Everything is very clean. A comfortable place to stay. It's only a few minutes' walk to the bus stop. The bus doesn't take long to get to the city center, which is fantastic. Thank you very much.

Perfect.

Pros: Loved how neat, clean & well organised. Fran the host is very warm, welcoming & helpful. Love that it was a short stroll to public transport so getting into Edinburgh was relaxing & easy - a39 min bus ride with lots to see.

Pros: Fran is a very nice and friendly host and does everything for you to feel home at his place. The room is big and cozy and the bed is very comfortable. There is also a kitchen with all one needs and it's quite easy to get to the bus stop to go downtown since Parking in Edinburgh can be expensi and hard to find a spot.

Fran's Place, Edinburgh

Pros: The whole apartment is lovely. It's clean and well looked after. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The host, Fran, was very welcoming and eager to make our stay as good as possible.

Great base for exploring Edinburgh.

Pros: Our host was friendly and helpful. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable and the entire apartment was outstandingly clean and pristine. The location is very close to public transport so there was no problem travelling to and from the city centre.

Cons: Everything was absolutely fine - no complaints.

Nice stay!

Pros: We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights . The place was clean, cozy, and had a very comfortable bed. It was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. We felt just like at home. Fran is a great host and very welcoming. We can definitely recommend this place to others.
