Loved it ⭐️

Pros: The room was beautiful, lovely decor, very clean, and the bath was so comfy.The whole house was a credit to the owner, plenty of treats too.Would definitely recommend,and the bus service is very good, just across the road, very happy customer

Great stay beautiful room!

Pros: Beautiful room much bigger than we thought. Clean warm and comfortable. Lovely style through out felt like staying in a luxury hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and host Laura was lovely. I think price wise the room could probably be marked up higher if I'm completely honest. We would love to stay again next time we are in Edinburgh. Easy buses to and from the centre.

Cons: Having to leave!

Would definatly stay here again. So close to bus stops and easy access to the city centre

Pros: Laura was incredibly helpful and accommodating - from our early check-in, to being on hand to help with smaller questions throughout the stay. The room was simple but comfortable and clean, with perks like a large bath tub and plenty of hanging space for clothes. Having the kitchen available downstairs was also a bonus - especially the complimentary coffee and basic breakfast items.

Pros: Very convenient for buses into Edinburgh, but just off the main road - so it was quiet.

Cons: It met all my needs for the trip and was good value.

Pros: The room was clean and tidy! The bed is so comfy and it was great to come back for a nice shower after a long day of walks in Edinburgh. The room decor was beautiful, and we had everything we needed for a cozy stay.
