Fantastic escape not too far from home, a wee home from home!

Pros: Lovely escape! Lodge had everything we needed and the kids loved the rustic feel of the wooden lodge.

Cons: We did not see any bbq area as described but we would only have used this to do s’mores so it did not affect our stay at all!

Our stay was to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. There was so much to see and do in Falkirk that we were exhausted

Pros: The property was quiet and surrounded by beautiful trees. Just perfect. The lodge had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing.

Cons: There was nothing that we did not like.

Pros: I like being out the way. Which the Lodges certainly are! Lodge very clean and had everything else I needed. Kitchen well stocked with equipment.

Cons: Lodge was very cold through the night. Extra blankets would have been perfect. And I wish I had asked!!
