Stunningly beautiful but cold in the winter

Pros: 1) Beautiful location in the middle of a picturesque tourist attraction - it’s situated right in Well Court where tourists come to take pictures, 2) Very tasteful and high quality interior with all amenities you could need, 3) Overall cozy and romantic feel.

Cons: 1) This would be a 10/10 apartment if it wasn‘t for the poor heating in the winter. It was way too cold and it wasn’t possible to increase the temperature of the central heating. As a result, we had to sit very closely to a tiny electrical heater in order to feel warm, and we couldn’t really enjoy the apartment fully. 2) This is a ground floor apartment, so you need to draw the curtains for privacy and it’s always a bit dark - not a problem for us, just a slight disadvantage.

Pros: It was the nicest place i’ve ever stayed! The interior, the amenities and the location really was amazing.

Cons: Nothing really!

Incredible minimalist apartment. The best we have stayed in.

Pros: Incredible place to stay. Such a minimalist vibe. By far one of the best places we have stayed in the many many city breaks we do. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we come back to Edinburgh. Loggia apartment alone is making us want to come back and we didn’t want to leave.

Pros: Amazing Location. Beautiful facilities. Host is great chap. Absolutely loved it. Something fresh and cool. You'll find all sorts of extra doors and spaces Like a puzzle box apartment.

Pros: Stunning location in the heart of the famous Dean Village. An amazing combination of a 19th century area and excellent modern apartment design. New apartment with carefully thought out European design. Everything is comfortable and elegant. We had a wonderful time, we recommend without a doubt.

Fabulous location with great ambience

Pros: The overall look and feel of the accommodation was very calming and beautifully designed. The location was second-to-none and the amenities like the coffee machine and steamer were very appreciated.

Cons: There were some slightly unfinished elements given the newness of the accommodation, but this didn’t impact on the enjoyment of our stay at all!

Pros: Il loggia studio è un appartamento dal design curato ed elegante. Trovarsi all'interno della well court è un'esperienza da non perdere. Il dean village è un luogo unico ad Edimburgo. Una salita un po' ripida in meno di 10 minuti consente di prendere molti mezzi per girare la città.

Cons: Purtroppo ha qualche difetto in parte soggettivo. È un po' buio e freddo. Un aiutino è dato da una piccola stufetta elettrica. È un po' carente di accessori per la cucina. Se si hanno valigie grandi il taxi è imprescindibile.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I appreciated the aesthetic. Thank you.

Pros: Property is absolutely gorgeous. I love the location in Dean Village. It’s served my purpose very nicely. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Because the building is old, all the windows were not high-quality, and since I was staying there during the winter months, all the cold air would just seep in through the windows, making it very difficult to stay warm. I would stay here again in the summer. :-) the heater they provided did help a bit.

Beautiful design-forward stay in great location.

Pros: Property was beautiful inside and out. The design was incredible, so calming to come \

Cons: I expect the location would be even more enjoyable off-season! There were tourists walking by the windows constantly during the day, but the design still felt private and serene. Also would have been nice to have more comfortable sofa cushions and maybe a tv projector so we could enjoy the space even more!
