Great location and quite comfortable, unfortunately a bit noisy.

Pros: Overall ideal location, next to everything, from shops, pubs, bus and metro stops, parks... We were staying on the first floor, and we didn't hear noise from the apartment upstairs or the restaurant downstairs. It was furnished with all you could need to cook, do your laundry (except for a drying rack though but there's a towel rack in the bathroom), have a good time and relax.

Cons: While you don't get noise from your neighbors up and down, you get a lot of noise from the street down the apartment. From the building being renovated close to the apartment, to the pubs emptying dozens of bottles at a time several time a day, you hear it all. We were actually given sets of earplugs when we arrived. The windows are really thin and, with the noises, also let cold air enter the apartment. It is unfortunate as with these windows replaced, it would definitely greatly improve the place. Huge annoyance that maybe the owners could fix: 50% of the time, cars were parked in front of the main door, at some point blocking the entry if you had a big luggage to carry. Maybe a \

Great once inside, good location for access to sites.

Pros: Facilities were very good, host very responsive to questions. Location was great for access to the Old City.

Cons: Rigorous check in process, 59 steps to access the apartment which was located down a very dirty alley with burst and overflowing garbage bags from the pub next door.

Great apartment!

Pros: The apartment itself is lovely. High quality furniture, full of small touches to make it a great stay and right in the heart of the high street (10 minute walk from train station). The team were super helpful on message and really went out of their way to make it a great stay for us.

Cons: The photos on the check in guidelines are out of date so the business we were looking for didn’t exist anymore which made finding the place a bit of a task but once we were in we were happy. There is a lot of noise but the property provide ear plugs and the location being in the heart of the lovely night life is the pay off

Very good experience

Pros: The house was very cozy and clean, the check in is easy and very well explained. The location is amazing, nice little pubs a few meters away and very close to all the attractions. We never had to take the bus.

Cons: I would have added a few more cleaning supplies (a broom, plastic bags for the waste) but otherwise it was a spectacular stay.

Cons: Access was very poor. Via a dark dirty alley. Entry door was difficult to find and photos supplied were inaccurate. Plus need clearer instructions ref. Flights of stairs. Very tricky for elderly people with luggage.

Great Stay!

Pros: The studio had everything one would need for a stay regardless of its length. Fully equipped kitchen, nice living area with a TV and a desk in a separated area for eventual remote working as there is also wifi connectivity. Located in the heart of the city center with many attractions in a walking distance. Great stay!

Cons: The bed is a bit small but it is comfortable.

Week-long visit in amazin Edinburgh. Nice flat close to everything.

Pros: Great position in the middle of the New Town, close to everything. Spacious flat.

Cons: The coffee machine was, unfortunately, unusable for us, as we did not manage to find the right capsules in any of the shops we visited.

Pros: Everything was good 👍 Apart from cold bathroom. Radiator not functional.

Cons: I am recovering from cancer ♋️ so severely weakened. I did not know I was on the 3rd floor with 60 steps 😳 Carrying my bags upstairs was very difficult. You should make it clear about the flats situation. I would not have booked had I known 🙃
