Luxury Modern 3 Bedroom Apartment in City Centre

Lovely clean, modern, well equipped apartment. Would benefit from double or triple glazing to reduce the noise as shops

Pros: Very clean and fantastic location in the centre of Edinburgh.

Cons: The side looking out into Rose street was quite noisy.

Location is perfect for enjoying the city!

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring the city, the kitchen space was lovely if you were planning to cook meals etc we just didn’t have time to enjoy the apartment as much as we would of liked to due being there for the rugby and being on a short visit!

Cons: The noise from the street late at night, which isn’t the hosts fault, it was definitely noticeable but we got in super late too so didn’t have to listen to it for too long but I would take ear plugs if your a lighter sleeper! It certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying again as that is usually what we are here to enjoy, the night life of Edinburgh!

Overall a nice property and much more comfortable than a hotel room, very centrally located.

Pros: Overall the decor was modern and of a good standard. Very centrally located which was good for restaurants and getting out to the sights. Beds and sofas were very comfortable and well presented.

Cons: There were some minor niggles, none of the wall clocks showed the correct time. The boiler could be hidden from view. Small pencil mark on one of the wall lights, sellotape holding a piece of bath trim and the bath end is exposed. I'm 6ft and getting in/out of the main bath/shower is not the easiest, someone shorter would struggle.

Pros: It was on a fab location with everything near by. Beautiful apartment with everything you need inside and very comfortable!

Cons: The sockets are broken or cracked so it was fire hazard / very annoying that certain plugs didn’t work in one of the bedrooms.

Pros: This apartment offered all the facilities we could've asked for. The spacious apartment meant it was great for our family trip to the city centre of Edinburgh. Its location was perfect for exploring the city. This apartment was very worth it and would definitely recommend it.

Cons: The only negatives of our stay were the late night and early morning noise from the street construction and bars that could be heard through the windows. Also, we were unable to drop our bags off before check-in, which meant we had to carry our bags around the city for a while.

Pros: Felt like a home not a room. Toni and her daughter were so lovely. Flat safe there and i live in the countryside so was worried about that

Pros: Very nice apartment. Perfect for 6 couples in the heart of Edinburgh.

Cons: It was pricey and no local parking.

Pros: Location was perfect. Everything you need is in the apartment. So clean and comfortable. Easy to contact re:any issues and dealt with promptly.

Cons: The entrance and stairwell to the apartment could do with attention but this would not put me off renting the property again

Pros: This air b and b has an excellent location close to everything. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms were very clean. Perfect for a big group.
