Awesome location for your Edinburgh stay

Pros: The location was excellent in New Town and walking close to everything. Lots of eateries, supermarkets and shops close by. There is everything in the apartment you would need for an extended stay. The heating worked well and sitting room was comfortable. Communication with the host was very good.

Cons: The bed is very firm. We asked for a mattress topper which was delivered that very afternoon and it helped a bit. The quick response from the host was impressive.

Superb stay

Pros: As soon as we entered the flat, it felt like home. It was clean, spacious and nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The hosts were amazing and the customer service was top tier, as they were extremely helpful and quickly sorted out some minor issues we ran into. The location is superb, as the apartment is conveniently located on Rose Street - numerous shops, pubs and restaurants are within a short walk and so is Princess Street. We were given some house rules and clear instructions about our check in and check out in advance of our arrival, as well as some recommendations about things to do, see, and eat in the city. We loved it, and would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Edinburgh!

Cons: The only -slightly- negative of this property is its amazing location in the sense that it is so lively that it can get quite noisy at night. As Rose Street is home to many pubs, bars and restaurants, it can get quite noisy at busy times and especially during Friday & Saturday nights in our experience. We personally didn’t really mind, but if someone’s looking for a quiet stay in Edinburgh, maybe Rose Street isn’t for you.

Pros: A great location right in the middle of the city Close to Waverley train station, bus and tram stops from the airport. It is so convenient to visit anywhere you need to be. The apartment is spacious, neat and tidy.

Cons: Don't really know how to make the heating and the heated towel rail work, but then the weather isn't terribly cold as it is 'summer', so just make do with the fan heater provided for the chilly morningsn

Great place to stay in Edinburgh. Would stay there again.

Pros: The location was very handy for shopping, eating, and tourist attractions. The 2 bedrooms worked perfectly for my friend and me. The kitchen was adequate for our needs, and the lounge was comfortable.

Cons: The kitchen sink needed a drain plug, and the stairwell needed a working light. The cleaners need to reach further under the beds to clean the floors.

great property bang in the Center of Edinburgh

Pros: very comfortable had everything you need, great location. easy, friendly communication with host

Cons: a little noisy from bars nearby into the early hours, this effects one bedroom at the front of the property

Pros: Beautiful property with a lot of space, useful amenities and brilliant central location for sightseeing. Was a delightful place to stay, with easy access to many of Edinburgh’s tourist locations.

Cons: The Main Street location meant we were woken overnight with loud revellers - not the property’s fault, but something for people to consider when booking. Also, the parking is nonexistent without paying exorbitant fees on a daily basis.

Most enjoyable and we'd stay there again if/when next in Edinburgh. Recommended.

Pros: Excellent location in New Town, close to the Castle, Royal Mile and many things to do and see. Hosts were very helpful and responsive - thanks Barry!

Cons: It's not the quietest spot in town but the close proximity (and easy walking) to everything we wanted to do made up for that.

I would highly recommend this property for short stays.

Pros: It was great value for money and in a good location.

Cons: It was very noisy from the bars outside.
