Lovely family break

Pros: Fantastic location with an amazing view of the castle. Excellent communication with host. Good size apartment. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Lots of amenities very close by. A few minor niggles but all in all a great stay and I would definitely recommend the property.

Cons: Toilet seat broken. Poor water pressure from shower. No sink plug in bathroom sink. Bathroom in general needs a little TLC

Lovely stay

Pros: It was perfect for what we were looking for, the location was amazing, the views to the castle were brilliant

Cons: The flooring isn't brilliant, if someone was walking around you could hear them, know exactly know where they were, also not enough towels and not very big towels, maybe have bigger towels, we are a bigger guys and the towels were like hand towels

Perfect city centre location with amazing castle view ;)

Pros: Wasn’t wrong about the amazing castle view! Absolutely brilliant location. Short walk to and from the train station with all the amenities needed nearby. Would be ideal if you’re visiting for a night out or for sightseeing!

Cons: The location was perfect, checking in and out was easy. Everything we needed was in the property.

Excellent flat, exceeds expectations!

Pros: The location is amazing! View from the living room is fantastic. It’s so central. It’s opposite the loveliest little pub with live music, but it’s also quiet because it’s in a little lane off Rose Street. Host was excellent helping us with a couple of little snags when we arrived. Brilliant flat and would definitely stay again.

Cons: TV was a bit fiddly. It’s on the third floor…no big deal but might be a consideration for anyone carrying lots of luggage or limited mobility.

Great location in Edinburgh within easy walk of old town and new town, pubs and shops.

Pros: Great location, excellent views, spacious living area, well-appointed kitchen. Very good communication from host the whole time and provided options for storing luggage after checkout.

Cons: Second bedroom was small and bed was uncomfortable. Host committed to sorting out the bed.

Pros: The location was great for seeing Edinburgh. Fantastic view of the castle. Very well stocked kitchen.

Cons: Beds were very uncomfortable creaked at every turn. Had to wait for extra bedding that was promised. As previous guest have stated for the money the bathroom could really do with an upgrade.
