JOIVY Modern Flat on Rose Street

Great location

Pros: Great central location, facilities were everything we needed. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were dealt with immediately by friendly staff.

Cons: Due to the location near lots of restaurants it was quite noisy, double-glazing would be a good idea.

Pros: The location was great. Nice cosy flat. Had everything we could possibly need. Will definitely book again.

Great apartment but poor communication on how to interact with everything in the apartment.

Pros: The central location was really good for us to explore the city. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed.

Cons: I did not like the onboarding experience provided. It was too hard to find the code to the building in the communications I was sent. The heating was not on when we arrived and it was not immediately clear how it all worked so the first night we spent in the freezing apartment.

Lovely stay in Edinburgh

Pros: The flat was clean and tidy as well as warm and welcoming. It was central for a lot of the sites. The pack off toiletries left, and the tea, coffee and milk was a welcome addition. Thankyou

Cons: There are quite a few steps to get up to the top floor flat which were not expected. But this was not too much of an issue for us but my mum did have to rest half way up. I think if someone had a lot of mobility issues, it would definitely be a problem, so I think it should be made a bit clearer regarding how many stairs. It was 4 flights Regardless of this still a fabulous little flat.

Pros: Great location. Noise from bin emptying is early in the evening and the shower works well.

Pros: Apartment in perfect location, in the centre of Edinburgh (New area) Very clean and convenient self-contained on first floor.

Cons: Was a bit noisy in the morning due to the fact it is in the middle of a busy area. Businesses having bins emptied, etc. Ok, if you are not a light sleeper.

Excellent!

Pros: Very good location, near to train station, tram and bus stops, just off the main Princes Street, shops and major sights and garden. Apartment is clean and has all amenities that we need. Quick responses to queries. Excellent choice to stay for trip to Edinburgh.

Cons: Apartment is located on 2nd floor with no lift. Need to carry up luggages.

Excellent central two bedroomed apartment with great facilities

Pros: Well equipped and very clean apartment in a very central area of Edinburgh. Easy to check in and check out. Good facilities and bonus of single beds in the 2nd bedroom which is ideal if travelling with friends or family.

Cons: The 2nd bedroom can be cold due to there not being double glazing probably as its restricted. We found the shower to run too hot or go to cold - this may be user error.

Pros: L’appartement était proche de tout et très propre.

Cons: Il est tres bruyant on entend les gens dans la rue on dirait ils sont chez nous en plus le parquet il fait trop de bruit et les portes aussi.

Pros: Top Lage mitten in einer sehr schönen Straße mit vielen Pubs und Shops. Gute Ausstattung und schöne Zimmer.

Cons: Die Dusche hat am letzten Tag nicht mehr funktioniert und es konnte uns akut niemand helfen. Sie waren zwar über schriftlichen Kontakt sehr bemüht, jedoch hat die Dusche bis zum Check-out nicht funktioniert.
