Pros: We came to celebrate friends birthday. The apartment was excellent for the 6 of us with two bathooms and three bedrooms. The dining/living area is way bigger than I thought its such a cool space to chill in. We used the fire a lot which was super cosy with just enough wood for us. Didn't use the garden but it's really nice, small, but lovely. It's in quiet but very central part of Edinburgh with loads of cafes and shops few minutes walk away. The flat also felt very safe with two lockable doors.

Cons: Not really a major negative but good to point out that the second bathroom is in the master bedroom. The bedroom upstairs was very cosy but quite small. We were missing dishwasher tablets and kindlling for the fire but there were fire starters. Parking zone outside is Mon-Sun so I parked about 10 minutes walk across the bridge where you can park at the weekends for free.
