The Hayloft

Lovely comfortable cottage in a great location and excellent hosts

Pros: Stayed to visit family in Glenfarg and Perth. The Hayloft is only a couple of minutes away from the M90. The cottage was very warm and comfortable. All the facilities were excellent. Looking forward to visiting again.

Very close to perfect. Immaculate Cottage with lots to offer

Pros: The property was immaculately clean, thoughtfully and tastefully furnished and equipped and had lots of little extras for preparing, cooking and storing food which made all the difference. The setting is tranquil and beautiful, plenty of games, dvds, and more to keep boredom at bay on bad weather days. Kind and accommodating hosts who gave us plenty of space but were there when needed. It was warm and cosy, great water pressure, a bath and extremely comfy beds with luxurious bed linen.

Cons: A dishwasher would be the only thing really missing. Not a deal breaker for me, but I didn't 'love' hand washing everything, especially with a soft jaycloth. A pan scourer would have been useful - I had to buy one along with rubber gloves for my sensitive wee hands. The spiral staircase is a lovely feature but felt a bit treacherous at times with no grips on the treads; my daughter slipped down it and hurt herself.

Beautiful and would love to visit again.

Pros: The cottage was beautiful, with a small stream (burn) running alongside with a patio area where we had Breakfast, a waterwheel and a lovely little wood. Inside there was a spacious lounge upstairs with skyTV and two large sofas. Mrs Wilson had left a bottle of wine for our arrival and some of the essentials were also there such a tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The place was fantastically decorated and maintained with a beautiful spiral staircase. Plenty of storage for coats, shoes etc.

Cons: The Spiral staircase was a little slippery and creaky as mentioned in the visitors book.

Simply spot on

Pros: Excellent conversion, all facilities provided and the outdoor seating by the stream is idyllic.

Cons: Found the slightly creaky spiral staircase a little disconcerting, otherwise nothing

Pros: Beautiful location. Absolutely gorgeous property, everything needed/required, great for families, and the games room is superb! Very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and will be back again.

Good to be at the hayloft

Pros: Was an absolute stunning location, staff were on holiday but the minder was welcoming and hospitable even though we were late . The accommodation was beautiful with a lovely stream running off a paved area out the back of the property , beds were so comfortable and cosy .

Cons: Couldn't tell you one thing honestly

Pros: Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die lage der Unterkunft ist für uns ideal gewesen wir konnten von dort aus wunderbar unsere Ausflüge machen. Ich kann die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.

Cons: Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat .
