This elegant Victorian villa provides en suite rooms, some with free WiFi. Rooms have sea or garden views and all include a flat-screen TV, DVD player and tea and coffee facilities. All rooms are located on the first or second floors accessed by long staircases which may not be suitable for all guests. Relaxing, comfortable stay with exceptional breakfast! Loved having the family dog around too!

Pros: Extremely friendly host, great location with absolutely stunning views! Breakfast options were fabulous!

Cons: Some of the rooms were tired and a little dated however our stay was extremely comfortable and relaxing!

excellent stay, host was super attentive and accommodating.

Pros: super choice, full breakfast was very tasty, toast and tea to accompany it in abundance. smoked salmon and huge amount of scrambled egg was scrumptious. also cereals fruits yoghurt etc to choose from.

Cons: I cant say we had anything that could have been better everything was just what we expected.

Friendly, welcoming and comfortable.

Pros: Super friendly and welcoming. Really good communication. Breakfast was excellent and they happily arranged an early breakfast on our last morning due to the time we needed to leave. They offered the full menu as well. Room was clean and comfortable. Really good base for a weekend in Bute. Fabulous view from our room too.

Pros: Fabulous view while you have your breakfast in the dining room. The room was of great size with a comfy bed, clean, with everything that you need. Fantastic staff. Very peaceful place, located close to the town.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The room was welcoming and a really good size with a nice view.

Fantastic stay.

Pros: Everything was no bother my husband had a wonderful birthday treat. The manager was really lovely and we met Alfie the gorgeous doggy. Breakfast was lovely, our upgrade was a lovely surprise.

Cons: We had an amazing stay, we really enjoyed ourselves and it was lovely meeting Alfie. We cannot wait to return.

Lovely relaxing place to stay.

Pros: The host and staff were exceptionally welcoming, helpful and comfortable to be around. The breakfast was excellent and the lounge & dining room really lovely with an excellent view to relax by and absorb. Prob the best B & B in Rothesay I would guess.

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: Excellent hosts. Beautiful view. Exceptional breakfast. Only 10 mins stroll into town. Bus stop a stone's throw away. Photo taken from my window!

Cons: Small single room for solo traveller. This was no problem at all for me but be aware.

Pros: The breakfast was first class really didn't exspect the variety Jane is a lovely lady the guest house could not be better placed looking out over the water to the hills in the distance
