Pros: The care and thought taken to get the guest experience just right.

Enjoyed our visit to Edinburgh and our stay at this quiet part of the city.

Pros: Spacious room, good to have kitchenette and sitting area. Comfy bed. Good bus service into the city

Cons: Disappointed that we couldn’t get breakfast. Shower room not very modern and towels quite rough.

Pros: Host Geoff was amazing couldn’t as for anything more. Breakfast was amazing not your simple buffet breakfast or simple ideas. It was fresh seasoned ingredients best breakfast you could ask for Rooms had everything you need. Location is very good shops aren’t too far and Edinburgh is about 30 mins on the bus

Pros: Great breakfast, welcoming staff. Easy travel to Edinburgh by bus (20-30 min).

Cons: No internal heater, despite the fact that it was not cold inside.

Hosts are lovely people. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, and we would highly recommend this

Pros: The place had a warm, homely feel everything was clean, well kept, and thoughtfully arranged, which made it incredibly comfortable to stay in. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at ease, creating a genuinely relaxing, and calm atmosphere.

Cons: We didn’t dislike anything

Pros: The first day we were a bit cold because the heater wasn't working, but it was fixed the next day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the area is safe and quite beautiful. I highly recommend it! There are bus stops nearby and a very good Italian restaurant. Thanks so much!!!!!

Pros: A truly peaceful and welcoming stay Everything about our stay was wonderful; so calm, so relaxing, and filled with a real sense of peace. The atmosphere was perfectly zen, and whenever we needed anything, our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, fixing things instantly, providing information and always with big smiles. Breakfast was delicious, the Haggis in particular was a highlight! We felt so well cared for and genuinely at home. We had the best time and met the loveliest hosts. Bless you for such a beautiful experience, we can’t wait to see you again! Thank you very much
