highly recommended when visiting Edimburg

Pros: Well located. The bus that leaves from the airport (num 100) drops you off just 50 m away, and itโ€™s about a relaxed 30โ€“35 minute walk to the city center. Clean rooms, very quiet, lovely and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Highly recommended.

Pros: Fabulous location for the city centre. Bit too far on foot but easy on the bus, ยฃ2.40 each. Cooked breakfast was lovely. Room was pleasant, and very quiet at night. Great parking at accommodation.

Cons: Mattress and pillow bit too firm, but I appreciate that it's personal taste. Window was bit draughty.

Pros: Good parking, close to city centre, friendly staff.

Cons: Didn't find the bed that comfortable and only a very small guest seating area downstairs.

It was a lovely stay and I would stay there again but would request a vegetarian breakfast option before booking.

Pros: Ideal location for walking to Edinburgh city centre.

Cons: A vegetarian option for breakfast would have been appreciated. Failed to get the TV to work.

Pros: Loved the hotel, the room and the staff. It came with parking, good facilities and is at a decent distance from the main tourist spots, which is what I wanted. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely place to stay

Pros: Close to city centre, lovely walk which takes around 30 min. However, threre is a bus and tram connection less than 5 min walk. Room clean, spacious and with a nice view. Lots of places nearby to have some great food.

Cons: Nothing. It met our expectations and as advised.

Lovely, would come again.

Pros: The hotel was perfect for my needs, quiet, easy to find (on the main road from the airport), walkable distance to town (if you like walking :-), around 10 mins to Haymarket and then some more to Princess St.). I just had a single bedroom without a bathroom but that was no problem - I had the bathroom for myself most of the days. I needn't have brought a towel or a shower gel etc. because it was provided. There was even a hair dryer in the room! The room was well equipped with a TV, a sink, a desk and a chair, a kettle, tea&coffee, cups, etc. The staff were nice, quietly friendly and the breakfast (hot or cold) was very tasty! The view from my window was ok, partly blocked, but I could see the fireworks of Bonfire night in the distance. :-)

Cons: More clothes hangers :-) but I think they were 4 so enough for most people. Also, the water in the shower was rather hot even when I tried to change the setting.
