Pros: A lovely house run by Heather and Stuart, delightful people who welcomed us warmly and prepared an excellent breakfast. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet rural area, far from the intense tourist traffic of nearby Stirling. In the area, we went on a hike up Ben Vorlich, starting from Loch Earn and driving through Comrie. On Heather's recommendation, we had an excellent dinner at The Meadow Inn in Crieff. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the gardens of Drummond Castle. We'd love to be back to Langside for a visit!

Pros: The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. Heather and Stuart were lovely and helpful with regards to suggestions on where to go. I enjoyed the homemade blackcurrant jam and aronia berry jelly (which I had never heard of). Stuart's art work decorates the house, and it is lovely.

Langside is a beautiful place to stay in the Scottish countryside

Pros: Langside is a beautiful home. Heather and Stuart welcome you into their bed and breakfast, they have great recommendations for the surroundings and are always available. They serve a complete breakfast (porridge, toast, fruit, tea, homemade jam), the rooms are spacious and clean, you also get a kettle and cups to make tea in your room. The bathrooms are fully equipped and very clean. It is the ideal place to stay if you want to visit Stirling, Crieff, Comrie and anything in the middle, like Cultybraggan -a former POW camp from WWII- which was a great recommendation by our hosts.

We found Heather and Stuart to be excellent hosts and we enjoyed their company enormously.

Pros: The breakfast was great, Heather cooks a lovely dish of porridge, there was fruit, yoghurt and wonderful homemade toast and jam. All served at a time to suit us. Always felt comfortable coming and going and Heather and Stuart were great at suggesting places for evening meals and places in the district to visit. The house was full of unique art works and everything was comfortable and more than meet expectations. We most certainly recommend them to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Cons: There was nothing to not like.
