Lovely stay in great location.

Pros: We had a lovely, warm welcome. Excellent facilities in a super location for our WHW walk. Breakfast was great and we even went away with an extra cinnamon pastry or 2!! Jane was very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend! Ate at The Clachan Inn on Janes’s recommendation - amazing.

Pros: Fabulous location for walking the WHW. Just a short walk outside Drymen. The room was a little dated (and dusty) but very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep in a very comfy bed and the shower was really good after a days walking. Great views over the countryside. Jane was a lovely host and provided a very nice breakfast in the morning.

Like home away from home

Pros: I was greeted at the door by Jane with a smile and shown through the house. My room was warm, spacious and super comfy. After an afternoon snooze, I popped out to the Drymen Inn for a huge, tasty hamburger and went back to my room as full as I could be. I slept like a log and almost didn't make it to breakfast. Jane's menu was stunning and I had a massive tasty breakfast and some lovely banter in the brekkie room before heading out for my day. I'll go back there again certainly!

Pros: Very welcoming place. Quiet and good for resting while walking the whw. Very good shower. Spacious room. Everything you need. The actually were kind enough to drop us off with the car.

Cons: It s a 15 minute walk from the village. No problem. Just good to know.

Peaceful and quiet

Pros: Beautiful place, away from the village (but only a short walk) so it was quiet, beautiful view, comfortable, clean, one can see that the host takes care of it with love!
