Ardross Cottage

Pros: Stunning location, could sit and look at the loch all day! John was an excellent host, very attentive. Arrived later on in the evening, happy to assist after I got lost en route. Lovely and welcoming. Beautiful room, excellent shower. Spoiled at breakfast.

Breathtaking views over Loch Ard

Pros: We had a wonderful one-night stay at Ardross Cottages near Aberfoyle. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views over Loch Ard. Our room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Stunning Location, warm and welcoming

Pros: Amazing location right on the Loch, our room was spacious and had everything we needed, fantastic breakfast, such good value for money, our host John went out of his way and was so helpful and made it a wonderful stay.

Excellent B&B and location. Very welcoming host.

Pros: The view from the room was amazing. The host was very nice and talkative, we had everything we needed in the room. Breakfast was also great and cooked by the host.

Cons: This is a big property that is managed by only one person, it would benefit with some help with some little details that one person running the whole property cannot see.

Pros: Everything was just wonderful. John was an attentive host. I'm sure if we had been in need of anything, John would have supplied it. Beds comfortable - great night's sleep. Oh, we loved the waterfall shower - plenty of hot water too. Breakfast delicious and of course, the location superb! We'll be back. Thank you, John. 😊😊

Excellent stay, lovely friendly host, no complaints just nit picking

Pros: Very friendly host, the rooms were clean with nice on-suites and complimentary toiletries. Heating, WiFi and TV provided were all excellent and the a hand cooked breakfast with tea or coffee. If cooked breakfast wasn't your thing the option for cereal or toast was also provided, options for black pudding or haggis and all ingredients were really high quality.

Cons: The location was a little harder to find, recommend using the address instead of postcode. Not really any wet option with breakfast such as beans or chopped tomatoes but not that big of a deal as sauce was provided.

Pros: Amazing views from the room. Really nice scottish breakfast. We'll love to come back.

Pros: Set in a lovey spot on the loch with parking and a comfortable room. Host was very helpful during our stay. Breakfast included was tasty and very generous. Would definitely stay here again
