Good value

Pros: Suitable location. Plenty of equipment in the kit chen. Comfortable beds

Cons: Not a critism but ideally would like instructions how to set heating and controls. Key lock code received but advise this is at the rear if the property and a chair in the bedrooms would be useful.

Pros: The owner sent someone to help with the heating within 10 minutes which was very helpful. Great location near Stirling Castle and had its own car park.

Cons: The sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain, and the blind in the bedroom was broken

Overall, a good place to stay, at a reasonable price and would recommend.

Pros: Location was good, the apartment easy to find. Rooms were very clean and facilities provided were thorough and thoughtful. Kitchen was very well equipped overall, with all the facilities required, and even some tea and coffee provided! Including decaff coffee also would be something to consider. Cleaning up facilities were great, with washing machine and dishwasher and powder provided, as well as airing rack, iron and hairdryer. Some toiletries provided too was a nice touch.

Cons: I didn't get an email before arriving to give key code and presumably give other check in and stay information. This was easily remedied by calling the owners and key code was provided over the phone and by text message so no great issue. I did request that they resend email but that didn't happen. It was also not clear when booking that there was a £15 charge for pets but this did not seem unreasonable however I would have preferred if included in booking. Also when checking out I sent a thank you text and asked if they had a website for future booking but got no response. The only other slight niggle was that the landfill waste bins were all full and I could barely fit kitchen bin bag in. This is presumably down to the municipal collection schedule though and other visitors maybe not segregating the waste thoughtfully.

Pros: Space. Convenient position. Outside area. Prompt reply from manager re issue.

Cons: Main door to building continually banged when people entered or exited. Security on main door not working.

Pros: It was central to everything. The apartment was lovely and warm. Everything needed was there. It was comfy.

Cons: The only complaint is the bathroom sink, it takes a long time to drain away.

Pros: Clean apartment, very spacious and great location.

Cons: Just some constructive comments Could do with some hooks to hang things. Not really a dislike though.
