Pros: Lovely flat, excellent location with spectacular views across the water from the living room window. Lucky to be able to watch a pod of 50+ dolphins one afternoon! Highly recommend.

Excellent place. Very clean and confortable Would stay again.

Pros: The view over the bay. The king size bed. The bath and shower. The thick carpets. The cleanliness. Ease of communication with host. Short walk into town. Watching the ferry from the window seat.

Cons: Single bedroom needs a bedside lamp.

Cons: Drive was difficult to get up but I think that's because we are from the city 😂 not used to those hills

Pros: Lovely views, great location, all as described. Clean and well equipped.

Pros: The view from the front room and the artwork in the flat.

Cons: Peculiar heating controls, just as the flat warmed up it turned off. Also just outside the front door there is a loft hatch that is precariously perched open and looks like it could easily fall. My last comment is the new carpet that has been recently installed means the doors are extremely hard to close and in some circumstances like the bathroom they don’t close at all .

Lovely seafront flat

Pros: A lovely well equipped flat with gorgeous views across the bay. A short stroll to the shops and cafes in town. My stay was perfect and tranquil, and I enjoyed every minute. The welcome pack of coffee and candle was a really nice touch.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful flat with a fantastic view ,sat in the window seat every time I was in the lounge . The flat was immaculate and the facilities were perfect, everything you need for a great break. The beds were really comfy and the bath was a fantastic added bonus (I only have a shower at home ❤️) Instructions on everything were super clear and the hosts were very good at communicating. Ideal location just a minute from the ferry terminal. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Exe

Clean, welcoming flat with superb views

Pros: Great location with superb views from the bay window. Clean, welcoming flat. Easy to organise booking, entry etc.

Cons: 3rd floor flat wasn't ideal for my elderly mother but with stops at each landing and a nice back garden to admire while stopped, we worked around it just fine

Wonderful flat overlooking Rothesay Bay.

Pros: Beautiful top floor tenement flat, right on the seafront. Wonderful views of Rothesay Bay and beyond. Within easy walking distance of the ferry terminal. Great place to watch the ever changing land and sea scapes.
