A lovely base for exploring the island and catching up with friends.

Pros: Check in and out was simple. We knew how to contact our hosts if we needed anything (which we didn't). The cottage was lovely, clean, warm and cosy. It had everything we needed. My daughter and I had a lovely stay.

Lovely cottage, clean with excellent facilities. Very centrally located, easy access and parking

Pros: The keys were in a key safe and we were given the pin number prior to arriving.

Cons: The 2 locks on the door were quite stiff and difficult to get key in and turn it. But sorted out with WD40

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable

Pros: Location great in the middle of Rothesay, close to ferry. House warm, clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Kitchen well equipped. Loads of useful local information provided

Cons: Steps a bit tricky for people with mobility issues but maneagable

Comfortable and well thought out home.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean property, great bed, shower and attention to detail. One of the nicest holiday lets we have stayed in, right in the centre of Rothesay and nothing had not been thought of and provided!

Cons: It was great, Rothesay itself is a little run down but it is the perfect base from which to explore the island.
