Pros: The hosts were warm and welcoming, nice and clean, quiet, but great location 👍

Cons: Not much other than if we were being picky a nice log fire would of been nice and maybe a hot tub.

Relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Pros: My husband and I had a fantastic long valentines weekend at Shegarton Farm Cottages. The location was perfect for us, we took our small dog, who enjoyed the long walks. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had all the homely comforts we required. The setting was picturesque, with morning visits from a pheasant, woodpecker, red squirrel, robin and finches. Barry and Kathleen were always on hand to assist, they were helpful, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend others to try this charming location, a break away from the stress of daily life. Only a short drive to Luss and Duck Bay Marina. We would definitely return. Thank you to Barry and Kathleen for allowing us to stay in their beautiful cottage (Feb 2026). Mr & Mrs Prentice

Pros: Cottage was great, spotlessly clean, with great facilities Outdoor table and chairs in sheltered, shared courtyard for an early morning coffee in the sun No Loch views from the cottages, but nice rural location Easy distance to Luss for our sunset cruise

Cons: A little difficult to locate driveway, maybe a sign as GPS a little slow

Idyllic little getaway

Pros: The location had beautiful views, loads of wildlife. The cottage was extremely clean and cosy. The hosts are lovely and welcoming. Very reasonably priced in my opinion. Its an ideal place for a short break in a beautiful part of the world.
